At Touching Lives With Hands LLC our caregivers can offer complex skilled nursing care. Skilled nursing care include services from wound care to hands-on assistance with activities of daily living for aging adults, adults living with disabilities, or other chronic conditions. Caregivers perform tasks for the individuals that are unable to perform the tasks themselves independently due to aging or disability along with care ordered by a physician. It includes care performed by Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medicine Aide, Certified Medication Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse, and Registered Nurse. All care is performed with oversight and supervision by a Registered Nurse.
Skilled nursing care services include but is not limited to:
- Performing IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living)

- Vital Sign Monitoring
- Post-Surgery care
- Catheter Care
- Phlebotomy
