Administrative Assistant needed for home care agency. Hours are flexible for qualified applicant. Administrative Assistant reports directly to agency Manager.
Essential Functions Include:
- assisting with answering phones as assigned and taking messages
- accepting and processing incoming referrals
- maintain a caseload and follow-up of potential clients
- data entry
- filing, faxing, copying, and scanning
- assist with human resources
- strong computer skills
- knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
- maintain spreadsheets and logs
- perform other tasks as assigned
- excellent customer service skills
- maintain strict confidentiality of client, agency, and employee matters

Job Type: Full-Time
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm
Experience: Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
Hours per Week: 40 hrs/wk
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
Work Location: Main Office
