Administrative Assistant needed for home care agency. Hours are flexible for qualified applicant. Administrative Assistant reports directly to agency Manager.

Essential Functions Include:

  • assisting with answering phones as assigned and taking messages
  • accepting and processing incoming referrals
  • maintain a caseload and follow-up of potential clients
  • data entry
  • filing, faxing, copying, and scanning
  • assist with human resources
  • strong computer skills
  • knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
  • maintain spreadsheets and logs
  • perform other tasks as assigned
  • excellent customer service skills
  • maintain strict confidentiality of client, agency, and employee matters

Job Type: Full-Time

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm

Experience: Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

Hours per Week: 40 hrs/wk

Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Work Location: Main Office
